I really needed this video. I feel the exact same way!! My father passed away in a very traumatic way and I haven’t moved on from that pain. I was a bubbly happy person and then became a sad pessimistic person. I’m still learning to fight it. But I definitely felt every word you said 🤍🤍

So I watched 17 mins and I can see you've put a lot of thought and research into this but there are some concerning assumptions.. if you'd like to chat with someone who went thru this after releasing all fear and desires and attachments leaving a strong will to love and give and sacrifice profit and accept. Hmu bc I still do just fine at reality.... I mean.. My lawyer thinks I'm unfit for trial and the team of therapist they gave me after I got out 3week stay at nut house will come to me wherever I. 2 times a week if that says anything.. the episode was threatening and did scare ones i later cried many tears for wrote poems and apology created colored picture colleges for **but I didnt hurt a soul even let a couple guys beat me up a lil -bc i needed to find my dad and make hime wake up i was looking in there house and totally understood his reasoning for the assault so I refused to hurt them back (and i should of been aware that my dad deosnt even live in the same state as me)(I had alot on my mind..🤣😅🫨 anyway, so yeah if you would like learn more from a non judgemental point of view that bases its truth by on nothing less than experiencing, observing and just trying to understand maybe reach out on here. I just want us to know the truth ✨🤍🩵✨

I just want to say thank you for being aware and calling yourself out! I’ve been watching you for the past 8 years and you’re the only person that truly gotten me through some dark times. What I’m trying to say is it’s okay to take a break and reset and come back! We all have our days/months but the fact that you can call yourself out and actually do something about it truly makes a difference. I’ve been here for the past 8 years and honestly I don’t plan to go anywhere even if you go months without posting.
